It takes a special kind of leadership to be Community Manager of Idyllwillow. Not only is the need clear for an organized, calm, and persistent sense of purpose coming from within, but the role also calls for the ability to project leadership by example with a genuine human approach to people management. It can seem hard to do but, instead of self-defeating isolation, exercising the principle of charity and treating people like people lifts up everyone.
